ADB Management recently adopted and adapted this Personal Empowerment® Programme to provide workshops for its corporate clients in order to generate a happier, healthier and more productive workforce by running its Life-Style Management Workshops. ADB Management began in 1998 as Albany Associates. Its principal business was providing consulting services to large companies. In 1998, Albany Associates organised pan-European training programmes in the language of each country for a large car manufacturer to promote brand awareness, culminating in the European launch of its new cars. It also went on to organise conferences for a multinational restaurant group, both in the UK and in France (at Euro Disney).

Subsequently and as a result of the growth of specialist skills of its associates, the company began to focus on providing headhunting services to international banks in the UK, in Europe and in the Middle East at senior executive level. This led to an association with consultants based in the USA, in Switzerland, in Hong Kong as well as the UK and broadened the company’s ability to provide best service to its clients.

After the tragic events of 11 September 2001 which severely affected the core executive search business, the company received several requests for administrative assistance and it responded by providing support to smaller businesses and individuals. This service rapidly expanded to providing support to mid-size enterprises with the view to developing and improving their business in the UK and abroad; the company developed coaching and mentoring services, initially for individuals and then companies, in order to achieve positive results and success, not just in the business world but on a personal level; and last but not least Albany Associates continued to offer executive headhunting services in the international banking community.

In 2004 it became clear that to put these divisions under one corporate umbrella would ensure the highest quality control and the company was named ADB Management; in 2007 Who Am I? - Live your True Self® joined this group. Today our core business is Life-Style Management, working with businesses in the UK and in Europe to ensure higher productivity and profitability through the simple task of caring about staff welfare. Our executive search business is conducted largely through association with New Group.
